Another view on the successful management of change comes
from Jeppesen’s Nadine Rusch, Manager of Organisational Development. She says
it comes down to 3 things:
WHY? Remember why
you started and believe in it – if you believe others will believe too.
WHAT? Be sure you
understand what it is you strive towards – know what success looks like?
HOW? Leadership
and communication are essential tools, as is the requisite will and skill to
make it happen – stick to the plan and celebrate the wins to keep others
motivated.
