I hadn't picked up on this before but apparently the Asiana 747-400F that crashed into the sea off the Korean coast in July was carrying guess what? Lithium batteries... And the crew reported a fire in the hold and control problems prior to the accident. SAA's Helderburg, UPS in Dubai and now this - are we ever going to learn?
